I hate the taste of artificially-flavored products, and always worry about what I am taking into my body other than something natural... But I love sweets, and now I am very happy that I can keep eating this without feeling weird or tasting something unnatural. My 6 year old daughter is ADHD controlled by diet. She is on the Feingold Diet which avoids artifical colors and flavors along with some other food additives. It is difficult to find "candy" she can have without sending her into a "crazy" uncontrollable state. She loves these "lemon mints" as she calls them! I'm never without them!
