St. Claire"s Organic Tarts are made with organic evaporated cane juice, pure essential oils, natural flavors and colors. Low carb, low calorie, fat free, and allergen free. They are Oregon Tilth certified organic, which means all of the ingredients are grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers and are not irradiated. It also means that there are no genetically-modified organisms (GMOs), and no harsh chemicals used in the extraction of our flavors or colors. We are proud to say that all of our products are gluten-free, casein-free, corn-free, wheat-free, fish & shellfish-free, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and soy-free. As always, they?re 100% vegetarian, contain nothing artificial, and no animal by-products.

Our flavors are made from essences (flavor extracts and essential oils) of the actual plant. For example, our lemon flavor is made from real lemons, raspberry from raspberries, etc. When colorants are used they are also from plants – no lakes or dyes. Watermelon, Raspberry, and Guava contain colorants made from red cabbage. Cherry’s stunning red is from black carrots and black currants. Lemon and Tangerine contain turmeric and/or annatto seed extracts as colorants. Our Lime Tarts get their green hue from certified organic flavorless spinach.
