At the same time, we continue to make taste a top priority.Each bar now has 23 vitamins and minerals for overall wellness, 5 grams of our proprietary fiber blend and 8-12 grams of soy protein for enhanced muscle recovery.According to a recent university study, the blend of carbohydrates, protein and fiber in Clif Bars causes a steady increase and then a gradual decline in blood sugar level to avoid the sugar high and crash often associated with refined ingredients and sweeteners, creating nutrition for sustained energy.

Ingredients:

Soy nuggets [soy protein isolate, rice flour, oat flour], soy flour, roasted soybeans), chocolate chips (evaporated cane juice, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavors), evaporated cane juice, roasted soy butter, ClifCrunch™ (apple fiber, oat fiber, milled flaxseed, soy fiber, chicory extract, lemon fiber, psyllium), fig paste, raisins, crisp rice (brown rice, malt extract), natural flavor, sea salt, baking soda, cinnamon, decaffeinated green tea extract.

Additional Ingredients:

Dicalcium phosphate, ascorbic acid (Vit. C), alpha-tocopherol acetate (Vit. E), magnesium, niacin, ferrous fumarate (iron), zinc picolinate, pantothenic acid, beta carotene (Vit. A), pyridoxine (B6), copper, manganese, riboflavin (B2), thiamin, folic acid, biotin, potassium iodide, chromium, phytonadione (Vit. K), molybdenum, selenium, cyanocobalamin (B12).
