This is my first time trying this product and this brand, but I thought it was quite good compared to some other teas I have tried. It's a lovely blend with just the right amount of mint. It's a tea you can enjoy by itself. What's nice is that it's all natural and hand-crafted.

This tea is great. I have never been a fan of herbal teas until I found the Long Life brand. This tea is naturally sweet and doesn't need any additions. I was interested to find out from the package that Long Life teas are handcrafted and organic. What more could you ask for? I drink this tea almost every day, sometimes even more than once a day.

I drink three tea bags in a large cup every morning and though I may enter work a little slow or tired(I come to work to call Europe at 6:00am) I am energized, happy and totally focused. I choose to let the tea bags sit for 15 minutes and get nice and dark. Then when the tea is a little cool, I drink it down.
