I bought the ginger-peppermint tea because I take a triglyceride medicine that sometimes upsets my stomach. I have found that the tea soothes my nausea completely within half an hour, without causing diarrhea or gas. I take the pills as needed, usually one capsule, two for an especially bad case of nausea. The only negative I've found is that once in a while it causes heartburn, but not often. I already bought my second box and will continue to use this tea for nausea of any sort.
