Amazingly Effective

More so than just plain fenugreek capsules, this tea increased my milk supply markedly. I recommend making iced tea using about 5 bags of this coupled with 2 bags of regular herbal tea for taste.

I am a tea drinker anyway, so it was easy for me to start drinking this tea. I prefer it hot, and I add just a touch of sugar to it to enhace the flavor. It it easy for me to drink several times a day, and definetely has helped my milk production, as I am inducing lactation.

Refreshing, thirst quenching and it works!

Hydration is very important to maintain adequate milk supply. What a treasure this tea is. I think it tastes great, so it's a pleasure to drink. It's minty, lemony, and slightly bitter-sweet. I can honesty say it quenched my thirst. I found it to be very effective in increasing my milk supply, as well. I started using it as my son neared his first birthday and my supply started to lessen. We made it to 18 months! :o)

I am a big fan of this product! It really does work to increase my milk supply. Some women may initially be put off by the taste. I have grown to like it, but I like strong-tasting herbal teas in general. Some women and/or babies can be allergic to fenugreek, which is one of the ingredients, so you need to be on the watch for that.
