this tea is so good! it's great for weight lost! i've lost 9 pounds in 4 days because i started doing atkins diet and drinking 1 cup of green tea w/ kombucha. and the taste is great! awesome with a little liquid sweetner! i highlyrecommend this tea to anyone!

Having had joint pain and bursitis in my shoulders for several years from martial arts training, I started using kombucha tea and its extracts about five years ago. Since then, I have consistantly taken about 2000 mg a day. The benefits in my case are lessened joint aches and no bursitis... thus no painful cortisone shots into my joints since I began using kombucha. Also, one other benefit is a definite drop in my borderline high blood pressure, due most likely from the natural heparin that comes from the kombucha extract. (I have noticed that my blood is slightly thinner while taking kombucha extract.) When I have stopped taking kombucha for about four days to a week, my blood pressure tends to rise and I definitely feel aches and pains in my joints. I have found this particular brand of kombucha extract to be of a higher quality, which has allowed me to take fewer tablets... down to about 1100 mg a day. I would and have recommended this product to family and friends and I personally will keep using this product.

This is one of the best tasting herbal teas I have ever tried. It has sort of a minty - plum like taste which is quite delicious. I found the tea to be invigorating and quite tasty and I just ordered two more boxes.
