Great Natural Cramp Relief

I have suffered from painful periods for years. Terrible cramps, nausea and vomiting, dizzness, sleeplessness, and fatigue have interrupted my life nearly every month for as long as I can remember. I have tried every OTC remedy imaginable, and have never gotten any relief - in fact some of those products made things worse in my case. For someone like me, this tea is a Godsend! I have used it the last 2 months (drinking it the week before and the week during my time of the month). I can't say that the cramps are totally gone, but I will tell you that I have been able to live a normal life. Instead of spending 2 days in complete misery, I am only having light cramps for 2 to 3 hours per month. I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from menstrual cramps.
