The one thing that strikes me is that the flavor is so rich. I drink a cup every day after lunch. It is just sweet enough to be an excellent dessert drink. It also satisfies hunger and a sweet tooth without all the extra calories. I drink the decaffeinated version, but the taste is exactly the same. An excellent choice!! An excellent tea, September, 05/2000 I have liked herb teas for many years. But I always wanted a tea that reminded me of the black tea I used to drink, though without the caffeine. I experimented over the years with a variety of teas, trying to find one that would also be as good served cold as hot. None of the other teas I've tried are as good as this Celestial Seasonings herb tea. I enjoy its rich tea taste and have introduced it to others like myself who enjoy tea but prefer a caffeine-free one.
