I really like this stuff. I've been trying to cut down on my soy intake a bit, and since this is not soy based (the only soy in it comes from soy sauce flavoring) it's a great way to do that. I love the taste and texture. I don't eat meat but the texture is sort of chicken-y to me (from what I remember), not really like beef jerky, but I like it. My father, a meateater who enjoys tofurky jerky and the primal sticks shitaake mushroom flavor, thinks the texture of the seitan teriyaki is weird and doesn't like it. But for me, I like it, it's high in protein and only 99 calories per stick so it gets 5 stars.
