I really love this dulse! I eat it right out of the bag, and sometimes add it to soup or a sandwich. It tastes salty and the texture is kinda chewy [unless you cook it]. Whenever I get a salt craving, this really hits the spot - and it gives me energy, too! It's got lots of natural minerals and nutrients. If you like kelp, you'll really love dulse!
