I used to work in a health food store in upscale Greenwich, Connecticut. We always prided ourselves on having fresh produce and merchandise. It was there that I first tasted crystallized ginger. But I have to tell you, even right off the truck we never had ginger as fresh or flavorful as this! Ginger is wonderful for an upset stomach. These are perfect for calming down the tummy. Stock up!
