Ingredients:
Precooked Lentils, Dehydrated Vegetables (Tomato, Carrots, Potato, Spinach, Garlic, Onions), Salt, Spices, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Turmeric Spice & Color, Paprika Spice & Color, Corn Starch, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid.
Recommend:
Shake before opening.
1. Fold lid half way back, add boiling water to FILL LINE inside cup.
2. Stir very well to bring all ingredients up from the bottom. Cover securely.
3. Let Stand for a full 5 minutes.
4. Stir again and enjoy!
Microwave Directions:
For best results boil water in a separate container in microwave. Then follow steps 1-4.
