I am not actually one to frequent health food stores but my mother-in-law is. She found Trocomare at a local health-food market and started putting it on her table. She's a classic Italian cook so eating at her place was always good. Trocomare made it better. The first time we tasted this stuff was the last time we ever put a salt shaker on our table and that was four or five years ago. The only thing I wouldn't put this stuff on is ice cream and even there I might think about it. This stuff TASTES EXCELLENT. This might violate the guidelines, but MotherNature.com (i.e. *here*) has the best price on this stuff I've found. The shipping will hurt but the cure to that is to order several at once since their S&H is flat rate. Try six at a time. This stuff will keep forever as far as I can tell. I wish it was in the same price category as table salt but it is worth the price.
