Description:
Herbamare is a flavourful preference to table salt, prepared with fresh, organically grown herbs. The fresh herbs are combined with natural sea salt and allowed to "steep" for up to a year before the moisture is removed by a special vacuum process at low temperature. The steeping process integrates the full herb and vegetable flavour into the salt crystal.
Ingredients:
Sea salt, organically grown herbs (celery, leeks, leek, water and garden cress, onion, chive, parsley, lovage, garlic, basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme) and kelp.
Recommend:
Use Herbamare on salads, vegetables, beans & rice, pasta, meat.
