I recently saw some friends that I hadn't seen in a year and they were amazed at the way I was walking and standing. They wanted to know if I had recently had knee surgery. A collegue of mine at work recommended the product to me so I asked the doctor and he said it couldn't hurt. Not only did it not hurt.....it was awesome. I'll never be without my glucosamine again.
