A must-have during the cold and flu season

When I have caught a cold and I feel my sinuses begin to fill, Insure Herbal by Zand with Echinacea and Goldenseal is the tonic that I take. I fill a glass with orange juice, add a dropper (or two) and swallow 1000 mg of vitamin C, three times a day and my cold is not as severe or lengthy (5 days instead of 10) as when I had done nothing.
