BEST GUM OUT THERE - GREAT TASTE!

This spearmint flavor (& the peppermint) has been my favorite gum for years! The size of the pieces are just perfect - enough umph to freshen your mouth & the right size pieces so it can be discreetly chewed while in the office. I hate all the junk used in the mainstream gum. This one's actually beneficial. But don't give it to your pet, especially dogs as their digestive sytems are different than ours and they can not handle xylitol.

I did a lot of research before I bought this jar of Xylichew gum, about all the various sugarfree sweeteers being used in gums. Xylitol, the main ingredient in Xylichew, is the one that doesn't have any questionable long-term effects. Not only is it not harmful, xylitol is actually beneficial in several ways. The gum is small, white, rectangular, and has a slight hard shell to it. The pieces look like little pillows. The flavor is not intense, but pleasant. The texture is not too hard or soft, either. I usually pop one in after lunch during the work day. It freshens my mouth nicely. The jar is actually quite small. (You can't tell from the picture.) It's less than 3" tall by less than 3" wide. I happened to have a plastic, hinged case from another brand of gum I tried (Peelu), which works great for holding reasonable amounts of gum in my purse. Any Altoids case or pill case will do, too.
