This product works very well for me.
I have been taking this product for one-and-a-half months, and have lost 15 pounds. It has given me so much energy that I actually want to workout. I have been exercising and eating somewhat healthy. I couldn't live without this product! To tell you the truth, I actually went without exercising for one week and still lost weight. You've got to try it!
It's great! I've been full of energy and my appetite has shrunk considerably!
I mix the contents of two capsules with my fruit smoothie for breakfast, then take 1-2 capsules before most meals. I'm full of energy all day long, and that's an amazing improvement, as I went from completely lethargic to exercising at least an hour every day! Also, the exercise has made my appetite fall to less than half its original size! It took a week or two of taking the product to get the full effect, but I'm on my way to ordering more right now!
Fully support for short-term use
I have been trying to lose weight for over a decade and found nothing worked--not even six years in the Army. With Metabolift I would not even think to eat, if not for my wife's reminders. I also lost 45 pounds in seven months. I then stopped for two months and gained back 20 pounds(Thanksgiving and the holidays 8-[ ) I'm now on it again, and have shed 15 pounds in four months. I noticed decreasing returns as duration increased but definitely a help.

I've had great results with this product. I have been careful about what I eat, and I've started to exercise, and in only three weeks I've lost 14 pounds. I did have trouble sleeping, however, until I cut my evening dose from two to one capsule.
I didn't think it would work, BUT IT DID!
Eighteen months ago I turned 30, was 5'11", weighed 225 lbs., and was wearing a size 18, but pushing a size 20. I went to the local health food store and asked for something that would help me lose weight and burn fat. The clerk recommended light exercise, a low fat diet, and Metabolift. I had little hope, but tried it. Twelve weeks later I was 165 lbs. and was looking ever so nice in a size 12! I lost INCHES EVERYWHERE! I looked great and felt better than I had in 6 years. Now I'm 31, and want to drop another 15-20 lbs. There was no doubt that I was going to use Metabolift to help me, and I didn't hesitate to buy another bottle. This product is perfect for the person who devotes themselves to losing pounds and inches, and follows Twinlab's recommended use of Metabolift. I have been using it, again, for a week and have already dropped 5 more pounds. I experienced a drastic drop in appetite, both times, and a little hyperactivity, but it only helped me lose the weight and didn't interfere with my life. This is not a "52 week per year" product, though. Twinlab warns that the maximum recommended dosage is no more than 12 weeks at a time. Give your body a break for a while, and then start it again. It worked for me the first time, is working for me again, and I would give "thumbs up" to anyone who was thinking about trying it!
Powerful formula, works great- be sure to start out gradually
I have lost over 45 pounds of unwanted fat from my body in the last 12 months. The weight came off fast, and the product works great, just start out gradually and do not exceed 6 pills per day.
This product can make you feel like you had too much coffee, so be sure to start out slowly.

Fantastic
I have used diet aids before, but never with this kind of result. I am 6ft tall, large build, and in less than four months I lost over 45 pounds of fat, went from over 245 to less than 200, (and still losing) and built muscles I never before knew I had. My appetite has deminished and I can now pass up those second helpings and no longer have cravings for sweets. I feel terrific and have added stamina.
There are a few concerns to mention; dry mouth and disruption of normal sleep cycle (I need only 4-5 hours now) but well worth the overall improvement I see. My wife is experiencing the same great results. If I have to stay on this product the rest of my life, I would be very happy to do so. I have found that it is necessary to cycle off to 1 capsule daily after being on 6 a day for 6-8 weeks since the effectiveness of the ephedrine diminishes.
