be careful....

product seemed to work well, but gave me the "shakes"....about 2-3 hrs after taking it, your whole body just feels funny and you have to move...also do not take before you go to bed, you wont sleep well....

Its a good product, but use with care

I was really satisfied with this product and will continually use it because I see a difference in performance and it helps to burn fat when used properly. Words of Caution...make sure you test your tolerance level with this product. If you take too many you will feel jittery (like drinking too much coffee) and become hypoglyeimic or feel like getting an anxiety attack due to the stimulants. Do NOT exceed the amount suggested on the directions. Make sure you drink a lot of water during the day, you CAN get dehydrated because caffein included is a diuretic.

I think the product works well, but it makes me anxious

I think the product works really well for controlling the appetite and helping you to lose weight. However, it also makes me feel very anxious. When I tried to exercise on this product my heart would race, and that was only taking two capsules per day. I think that every person should be careful to recognize bodily signals that indicate whether a product is right for them. I've decided I'm only going to take one capsule every other day now.

great for energy...

i took a couple pills a half hour before i worked out, and had lots of extra energy. i was much more motivated in the gym, and (because i took 3 capsules at 8pm) i had trouble sleeping i had so much energy. this product contains caffiene and effedrine which both boost energy. i guess it depends how much you are affected by caffiene, but any time i need extra energy at the gym i pop 2-3 of these pills and take some creatine.

It is great. Energy. Gives me that boost to get things going.

When you eat right and exercise it works fast and you quickly see results. If you take it without exercise and eat right, it still works. I recommend it too all my friends. All who have tried it love it. ENERGY, WEIGHT LOSS, BUILDING MUSCLE. It has done all of this for me and my friends.
