It's great--keeps my hair from going grey!

I started taking PABA several years ago on the advice of a friend who had been taking it to keep her hair from turning grey. My hairdresser agrees that it really does work, as I have far fewer grey hairs than when I started. It has an additional benefit of relieving the pain of arthritic fingers. The joints in my hands used to hurt so much I couldn't shake hands, but now they are not painful. I take 500 mg twice a day and if I forget it, my hands start to hurt again.
