Twin labs was the only place I could get methionine, let alone in capsule form.

Just a hint for women with small uterine fibroids who feel like they are having that pre-menstrual bloatiness and tenderness every day. Christiane Northrup, MD suggested 1000 mg each of methionine, magnesiuam, choline, and inositol for these symptoms. It eliminated these symtoms for me and after getting them under control I have been able to cut back to half to even a fourth of the dose and maintain the effect. If anyone reading this is interested she has a book out "Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom" that includes this and much more.
