GABA is a great relaxer and de-stresser

GABA is a great product to use when you're feeling stressed or need to relax. I have a high-stress job and use GABA a couple of times a week to help cope with stress and worry. This product works quickly--I can usually feel it working after about 20-30 minutes. The effects usually last for several hours. GABA makes me feel less stressed, relaxes me, and usually puts me in a good mood. I take St. John's wort regularly and have found that GABA and St. John's wort work well together. I definitely recommend this supplement to anyone who finds themselves overly stressed or nervous on a regular basis.
