It is a life saver in any aspect!

My husband used to get seizure attacks every once in a while, i did some research online to find a natural supplement instead of the chemical drugs for his seizure, GABA seemed to be the right choice, it was a miracle sent from God, not only he is not getting seizures anymore (he takes GABA 3 times a day) but also it helped him with his sleep walking and insomnia. I absoloutley recommend it to anybody who has sleeping disorders, seizure attacks and anxiety.

I have been taking Klonipin and before that xanax for nightly panic attacks for years. I took Gabapentin for a month but oddly enough that, and the amino acid GABA, both seemed to increase the problem after a week. I started taking Inositol, 11 grams a day, with good results but it got to be very expensive. When I tried Gaba Plus (5 caps) it worked like a charm. I also take some Kava to keep from grinding of my teeth.

GABA appears to help my long standing sleep disturbance.

I too have a sleep disturbance, although of a different nature. Rarely in the last 10 years have I ever gotten a full night's uninterrupted sleep. I started taking GABA recently, after trying just about every advertised natural product, and I am actually sleeping better than I have in many years. I had forgotten how wonderful it is to actually sleep through the night.

I was so glad to find this product through MotherNature.com. Sometimes it is difficult to find in health food stores. I accidentally discovered that the amino acid Gaba controls an unusual sleep disorder I have called "Sleep Paralysis." When I first tried it, it was to attempt to decrease my migraines. It didn't work for that purpose, but it prevents my "sleep attacks." I highly recommend Gaba Plus for sleep disorders.
