Twin Lab is a dependable lable and I have been using their Calcium Lactate for years.

Calcium Lactate is one of the calcium products that has slipped by the wayside these past years. It is wonderful for leg cramps but is also a good solution for muscle pain and if taken before excerise will prevent soreness. If taken with C it will relieve the bone aches associated with flu and colds.

Calcium Lactate is the most readily absorbed calcium product.

Even though so many pharmacists and some Doctors reccommend calcium from oyster shell, I believe what some Doctors and other health consultants believe in their statements,that calcium lactate is the best form of calcium because it is absorbed much more completely. Dr. Plancey first told me to use Calcium Lactate. Then a Chiropracter told me to use Calcium Lactate, and again another and another. I ran out of my supply of Calcium Lactate about a month ago and I have been having leg cramps, foot cramps and other problems. I need to get a new supply right away.
