Description: Tofurky Jurky is the first great tasting vegetarian jurky made in a real smokehouse. Smoked and dried to perfection, Tofurky Jurky is a great snack on the trail, at work or for lunches.
Ingredients: Water, vital wheat gluten tofu (water, soybeans grown without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers), white beans, garbanzo beans, lemon juice from concentrate, expeller pressed GMO Free canola oil, shoyu (water, non-GMO soybeans, wheat, salt), evaporated cane juice, granulated garlic, natural vegetarian flavors, spices, calcium lactate from beets. Peppered also includes cracked peppercorns.

Tofurky Jurky - the BEST

This is an awesome snack "meal" with 12 grams of protein per serving and only 100 calories. Even my anti-tofu, meat eating husband likes it (which is a major step forward for him!).
