Borage IS the Solution for dry skin that won't go away

I've had terribly itchy dry skin on my legs and arms for the past year. I tried EVERYTHING - glycerin, urea lotions, dermatologist's prescription creams, cocoa butter, shea butter, countless oils, oatmeal baths... but it would always come back after a day or so ... I used this lotion for one week, and now my dry skin is gone.
