Works great--goes down easy

I take 1500 mg+ of calcium daily to mitigate osteoporosis. The worst part of calcium is the size and texture of the tablets. Getting them down is tough. These softgels not only have a substantial dose of calcium, but are easier to swallow than any other product I have tried--and I have tried many. I heartily recommend this product to anyone who has to take a lot of calcium. Thanks for this great product--at a great price.

I've been taking this for four years. It's easy to digest, easy to absorb and calms me.

I'd tried several calcium supplements, but none of them seemed to 'sit right' with my body or make a noticeable difference until I tried the KAL+. I can notice a difference in my feeling of well-being after taking it for a while, and miss it when I can't get it. It may be the balance of calcium & other minerals or just the way it's made, but I find this easy to digest.
