I enjoyed this clay as a mask, it takes less than a tbs. for a facial mask. I also found a regimine for ingesting and am starting that. The product directions don't mention ingestion though, so you'll need to do your own research on that.

So many great uses, for both inside and out!

Wow! This product is really great. It can be used on your face, body, and hair, and you can even eat it! (It's great for people with intestinal problems.) I highly recommend it, and at 12 ounces, it will last a long time, believe me. Buy it!

I have begun using this product as an internal cleanser, no taste and great results. I balance this with a couple of other products, green magma.. to replace nutrients and all flora to replace natural bacteria in the body. Most illnesses are caused by too much yeast in the intestinal tract... this is primary in removing them as well as eliminating sugar which yeast feeds on and white flour any form.
