answer to strange reaction

The strange reaction is called a niacin flash. They tend to put a lot of niacin in many of these products because of the cholesterol lowering effect of niacin. Excessive niacin will cause rapid blood flow to the capalaries in the skin and tend to feel like a sunburn. It is nothing to be concerned about but it can be uncomfortable for as long as 20 to 30 minutes. I can't say that I rate this product better or worse than anything else almost everything is made by the same people anymore. Pharmacudical grade incredients mixed and packaged all the same by all brands.

Had a strange reaction to this product.

I tried this vitamin as directed for 30 days - some days I had a strange reaction that made my face noticably red and my face and ears tingled for about an hour. My wife said I looked 'neon' red. I'm not sure if it was an alergic reaction, but I am skeptical of the high amount of vitamins in this supplement as well as a mixture of many herbs - maybe too much of a good thing?

A more "natural" vitamin which also contains some superfoods and stuff. The person at the health food store explained it like this: Most vitamin companies take all of the vitamins you need and just mix everything in a big bowl and then you have vitamins, the thing is your body doesn't really see it as food; something you can use. The everyman bio-grown vitamins are supposed to be cultured in either yeast or soy (one of the two) and this contains all of the vitamins you need. When your body see's it floating around in your system it sees it more as food and uses it better. That is why these vitamins can be taken on an empty stomach, like I said they are a more natural way of getting your nutrients. I have been very pleased with them and would recommend them.
