Great for those who suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome...

This is a great product for those out there who suffer from low brain function or chronic fatigue syndrome. It really helped with mental and physical energy. I never got nervous or jittery like other energy products make me feel. All day stamina. Glad I found this product.

Excellent energy booster and mood enhancer

I work the midnight shift as an airline mechanic and as a result I usually do not get the proper amount of rest during the day. When I wake up in the afternoon feeling bogged down, I take one tablet or capsule and about an hour later the tired feeling is taken away and my bad mood is replaced by a sense of calm. What is even better is that the feeling lasts through the night when I work. There is no drop off and it's not like caffeine, which is what I used to take. I'm always recommending it to friends who also have positive things to say about it, including my wife who is very skeptical. Of all the times I've taken it, I don't recall ever having it not be effective. I never take more than one tablet per day.

It has helped my concentration and short-term memory recall.

I first chose this product for the B vitamins. Then I found it helped with my concentration and memory recall. I would highly recommend this product. It contains a combination of vitamins and minerals I found very helpful for me. I don't like to go a day without it.
