Description: This tea is composed of four herbs:? Sheep Sorrel.? Burdock Root.? Slippery Elm Bark.? Rhubarb Root.The components of Rene"s herbal drink interact to have an amazing effect upon the human body. The chemicals, minerals and vitamins appear to act synergistically to produce a variety of healing properties.
Ingredients: Organic Burdock Root, Sheep Sorrel, Slippery Elm Bark, Organic Rhubarb Root.
Recommend: Shake herbal tea concentrate to mix well. Boil 4 fl. oz of fresh spring water or distilled water. Add 4 fl. oz of the previously prepared tea concentrate to water. Drink once daily on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime. Drink warm or cold. Note: Do not use aluminum or copper pot, strainers or utensils when preparing tea.
Warnings: Individuals with a history of kidney stones should use this tea cautiously. Discontinue use in the event of diarrhea or watery stools. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if pregant or nursing. Discontinue of unusual symptoms occur.

I have been using it for over 5 years and am extremely happy with the results.

I was diagnosed with and operated on for a brain tumor in the winter of 1993. The tumor was an anaplastic astrosytoma with a 95% chance of regrowth! I had the surgery performed at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. I followed that with 30 radiation sessions at Dana Farber and then 18 months of chemotherapy. I can not recall where I found out about the essiac formula, but I am thrilled that I did...I give at least 50% of the credit for no regrowth to the essiac. I have made some subtle changes in my life, but not really anything too significant. I continue to use the formula and plan on using it for some time to come. My tumor was first detected after I had a grand mal siezure at the Thanksgiving table of some friends. I was 33, athletic, a vegetarian, organic vegetable gardener and owner of an environmentally friendly store. I threw myself a big birthday bash this year when I made it to 40!!!
