"I took this product as suggested. Had to work with it to find the best amount to take. Too much caused me to feel "down". I feel it does what it claims to do. I have an arthritic spine, spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. I've also had a total knee replacement. I notice that I can do much more with less pain. There isn't the burning and tingling in my back when I lie down. I don't like to take pain meds so I know there has been a difference. I'm 62 and was out running with a 2 year old just this week! Like with any supplement regime you have to stick with it to see if you're going to get the results."

I used to purchase this product from GNC and they no longer carry it. I am not sure why because it is outstanding. The affects it has on your hair and skin are phenomenal. I stopped using it for a while and could really see the difference. I finally found it online again and couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone over 25 years old for a real pick me up in skins and hair. It also is a natural sedative in the evening and I take it before going to sleep.
