Description: Vitex is a woman"s dietary supplement, traditionally used for menstrual difficulties. Vitex has been heavily researched in Europe. It is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman"s life.Encapsulated Vitex fruit provided in a once daily dosage based on research conducted in Germany as stated in Commission E monograph revised December 1992. Each capsule contains 400 mg of Vitex agnus castus in an herbal base of millet.
Ingredients: Vitex agnus castus (fruit) 400 mg
Additional Ingredients: millet, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate
Recommend: Take one capsule two or three times daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter, take one capsule daily. Vitex works gently so it is best if used long term.

It works, it works, it works!

Yes, Vitex does work! I have had very irregular cycles for most of my life. I am now 27 and my husband and I want to have a baby. We haven't been able to conceive for the past three years because the doctors couldn't regulate my cycle. They had me on everything under the sun.. except Vitex. I found out that Vitex is heavily prescribed in Europe for irregular cycles and ovulation issues as a first line of defense. So, out of curiosity I went and found where I could purchase Vitex and began taking it. It worked! I am happy to report that I had my first cycle after taking it 5 weeks! I hadn't had a cycle in over almost a year and then it was induced with medication. I am very happy to report that for the first time in 8 years my cycles are regular and an ovulation kit tested positive! I have also found a side benefit... I feel better emotionally that I ever have in my life and my energy level is incredible! I have experienced no side effects while taking Vitex. Everything has worked better than I could have imagined. :-) I think most of us trying to conceive or just regulate our cycles will be glad they tried Vitex. It is a safe, gentle, inexpensive herb that has a high success rate for regulating cycles and promoting ovulation. I actually purchased this brand.

I love it!

I have been trying for years to conceive. I have had no luck due to irregular menstrual cycles. I became pregnant withen two months of using this product!! It is truly wonderful.

It worked!

This Vitex actually brought back my menstrual cycle, after not getting my periods coming off the pill. I have also had a history of very irregular periods even before I went on the pill, so I am thrilled to find something that actually works. I highly recommend it.

The best for excessive bleeding/cramping

Great product! After a year of near-constant bleeding, cramping, and resulting anemia, my doctor still had no suggestions for me. Then I started taking Vitex last year, and every cycle has been regular since then! I love Naure's Way, and buy nearly all my herbal supplements from this brand.

Best thing I've found for irregular periods

I have been taking Vitex for six weeks and I have had great success with it. I have had problems for years with anovulation and amenorrhea (no periods). I had to take fertility drugs to make myself ovulate in the past. This month according to my physical symptoms and BBT chart, I definitely ovulated and have started a period for the first time on my own in I don't know how many years. I am so glad I tried this product and would recommend it to anyone who would like to straighten out their menstrual cycle.

Eliminated severe menstrual distress

I had been having severe problems with menstrual cramps, excessive clotting, and heavy flow every month to the point that I was missing at least one day of work every month. I started taking this product and within the first month almost all my symptoms were gone. I have been using this now for 4 months and have never felt better. Even my husband noticed the difference. I never believed in supplements before, but I sure do now.

What a blessing!

I take chaste tree berry for female dryness. I've tried other brands, which didn't help much. This product has been a blessing. I'm allergic to OTC female moisture products. I highly recommend this product!

Great!

The information I have read on this product tells me it takes 3 months before it will work, but I've been on it for just a month and a half and for the first month in years my period was on time! I seriously recommend this!

Just what I've been looking for

I take vitex because of irregular and painful menstruation. I've been to doctor after doctor with unsatisfactory results, but since I started taking vitex, not only have I noticed improvement in my cycle, but I also feel fantastic all month long. I've lost weight (believe it or not), my moods are better, and my skin has cleared up. The only downside has been a heavier menstrual flow, but it seems like a fair exchange to me.

I use this herb as an anti-estrogen treatement to help reduce fibroids.

It really works! It's been over a month since I've had my period. This is the first time in 25 years that I've missed one! I plan to stop using it next month, but until then it's working they way I want.
