- Encapsulated Uva Ursi leaves carefully screened to obtain their maximum effect. Uva Ursi has antiseptic, astringent, and diuretic properties which support urinary tract, bladder, liver, and kidney function and health by facilitating the expulsion of toxins from the urinary tract, soothing, strengthening, and tightening irritated and inflamed tissues, reducing bloating, and assisting in the treatment of urinary tract infections such as cystitis, urethritis, and nephritis.

- Uva Ursi was first used by Welsh physicians in the 13th century. The leaves were officially a drug for urinary antiseptic in the United States pharmacopoeia and the National Formulary from 1820 until 1950. Also known as Bearberry, Uva Ursi is a trailing evergreen plant of the health family with red berries. Our Uva Ursi is grown in the wild.
- Recommend
- Take one to three capsules three times per day, as needed, at mealtimes with a full glass of water.
- Warnings
- Do not use during pregnancy. Contraindicated in kidney disorders and irritated digestive conditions. Crude drug preparations may induce nausea and vomiting.
