Encapsulated Suma root from Brazil. Our Suma has been properly matured before harvest to gain maximum potency.
Usage: Suma is also known as Brazilian ginseng due to it's similarities with Siberian ginseng and it's popularity among the large Japanese population in Brazil. Suma contains unique compounds called pfaffosides which are the subject of much research in Japan. Suma also contains the natural organic form of germanium which is thought to have antioxidant properties.*
Recommended Daily Dosage: Take one to two capsules twice daily with water at mealtimes.
