I first started taking this soy product in May this year and have been able to avoid HRT totally. I am 34yrs and had a hysterectomy when I was 28 I was told at the time I would be on HRT for at least 20years. I am glad to say I have found this alternative which works really well and I am doing it Naturally. It is easy to take and I have had no side effects unlike the HRT I was on.
