Rich Source of Chlorophyll. Herbal dietary supplement. 435 mg each. Nettle (urtica dioica) is used extensively as a folk medicine. A rich source of chlorophyll in whole herb form. Cooked nettle leaves contain the same amounts of carotene and vitamin C as the more familiar food greens such as spinach and mustard.

This has provided the greatest relief!

I've suffered from allergic rhinitis for longer than I can remember, chronic sinus headaches for the last three years, and sinus infections two or three times a year. My Mom cut an article from Women's World magazine about sinusitis and how nettle could help. This brand was the only one I could buy locally and I wanted to try it pronto. I noticed relief in a matter of days. I'm on my third bottle and in this time I've only needed presciption meds once. I'm sold on the benefits of nettle and won't go without it!

It appears that this product does work to drain the sinus.

I had read an article in Women's World magazine regarding Sinusitis and it provided natural remedies. Stinging nettle is widely used in Europe to drain sinuses. I suffer from cronic headache due to sinus. I was desperate. I used this product and found that it does drain the sinus. Hopefully my success will continue.
