Nature's Way Chamomile is made from the flower heads of the German Chamomile plant. It is 100% flower heads and does not contain any stems or leaves.

Chamomile relieves muscle tension

I am now 45 years old and have used chamomile extract for several years to relieve the tension that builds throughout the day due to having spastic cerebral palsy in the left side of my body. I have not found other herbal formulas to be nearly as effective an a good chamomile extract for relieving the stress that builds when I sit for hours at my computer. I also find it most effective at relieving the stress of PMS.

The Wonder Herb!

I use chamomile for just about every ailment I encounter! From PMS to insomnia and even mild headaches, I have found chamomile to be a wonderful herbal alternative to the drugs out there on the market; it makes me feel better without any side effects. I have also tried the alcohol-free version of this product with only one difference in the flavor--the alcohol-free tastes a bit better.
