Description: Ultimate Fiber contains a blend of fiber and herbs to improve digestion and elimination while cleansing and toning the entire gastrointestinal tract.

As a fiber supplement, adults and children 12 years of age and over: Mix one tablespoon in at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice or water twice a day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

A great product. I'm never without a reserve supply.

I discovered Ultimate Fiber when I was having a painful bout of tummy troubles--probably irritable bowel syndrome, since we never found anything else wrong. I knew I needed some fiber support but was afraid of trying anything that might be too harsh, since more pain was just what I didn't need. This product turned out to be just what I did need. It was gentle, but it worked. Within days, I was feeling better. Since then, I always make sure there's a bottle in the refrigerator, just in case.
