Timely breastfeeding rescue!

My milk supply was getting low, and suddenly my let down started taking 15-20 minutes. Baby and I were very upset! I called the lactation consultant at Providence Hospital. She recommended that I relax, apply a warm damp cloth, drink 64 ounces of fluids a day, take a warm shower or bath, and stimulate the nipples using soft strokes from the breast toward the nipple. None of this was working, so she recommended fenugreek. Within 24 hours of taking the first dose, my let down took 2-3 minutes and feeding time was doubled. After 48 hours, I am breastfeeding at almost peak performance. As she forewarned, the only side effect was that my urine smells like maple syrup.

If you are a Nursing mom, having trouble sustaining your milk supply, then you must try this! I have experimented with several different Fenugreek capsules, and this kind (Frontier)surpasses all the rest. All natural, pure Fenugreek. It has helped me immensely with increasing my milk supply.
