Excellent antiviral protection. I have never been so healthy during the cold and flu season.

I have been taking echinacea and goldenseal for about six months. During that time I have maintained my healthy status. Several times I seemed to be coming down with a cold and right after Christmas had the chills for several days. I thought I was coming down with the flu. I've always been susceptible to it. But a few days later.. no symptoms at all. I am convinced it is the echinacea and goldenseal. In fact, I have now been having my son take it also and he has not been ill either. Originally, I tried taking the echinacea alone but when someone suggested I should take vitamin C for what I thought was an oncoming cold I decided to add the goldenseal. The cold disappeared quickly without developing into anything substantial. I have never been so impressed with a product as my immune system is usually not so protective of me during the cold and flu season.
