Ingredients:

One tablet contains 300 mg. extract, standardized for 4.5 mg. Withanolides.

Suggested Use: One tablet twice a day, with meals in the morning and evening.

Package: 50 tablets.

Usage Precautions: Ashwagandha has been used safely in India for several centuries. However we suggest that this product not be used if you are pregnant or nursing, or you have high blood pressure.
