Great for hot flashes

I had been suffering with hot flashes, sometimes ten or more a day. Someone suggested I try soy. I researched all the soy products and ended up buying MotherNature.com Soy Isoflavones. Within a week I had maybe one or two hot flashes a day. Now, four months later I very rarely have hot flashes (a couple a week?) even though I've started taking an additional medication that normally causes hot flashes as a side effect. This is the best-kept secret ever. I highly recommend trying these soy isoflavones if you're even close to menopause!
