Ingredients

Active: Echinacea angustifolia (Cone Flower), 4X, 12X, 20X, 30X, Ignatia amara (St Ignatius' Bean) 6X, Lycopodium clavatum (Club Moss) 6X, Sulphur (Sulfur) 6X, 12X, 20X, 30X, Thuja occidentalis (Tree of Life) 6X, Ledum palustre (Wild Rosemary) 8X, Phosphorus 8X, Antimonium Crudum (Antimonious Sulfide) 12X, Histaminum (Histamine) 12X, Selenium 12X. Inactive: Lactose.

Dosage

Adults chew one tablet slightly and allow to dissolve in the mouth every 2 hours until symptoms improve, then decrease to every 4 hours or as needed. Children 2-12 years of age take on half the adult dosage. For continued relief take one tablet twice daily. For best results, take in a clean mouth.

Great product, helpful for all ages

My whole family has been using Allergy Relief for years now, and we couldn't get through allergy time without it. My husband used to look like he'd been in a boxing match, his eyes would get so swollen with allergic reactions. Since taking AR you can barely tells he's bothered now.

Excellant relief

I have used this product for over two years, and it beats the over-the-counter products in every way! Good for sinus and allergy problems and headaches. Also, I can't believe the fantastic prices here!

This products sometimes helps with sinus headaches

I've been using this product for perhaps a year, taking 1 or 2 capsules per dose and never had a problem with the pseudoephedrine. I use it to stop the dry cough that causes me to clear my throat (associated with allergies). It helps for that purpose and sometimes it also helps with sinus headaches if I take it early enough.
