Product Research: About Organic Coffee:Organic coffee, simply put, is coffee grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The farms are required to switch to organic production for three years prior to receiving organic certification. The coffee is certified organic by Quality Assurance International.Great organic coffee requires a shade canopy to prevent the sun from bleaching nutrients from the soil. Shade is of concern to many consumers as it provides bird habitat. We see birds as one of many issues surrounding all agricultural production. Mellow and delicious!

This coffee was the best tasting coffee I've ever had. It was so mellow and delicious...you'll have to taste it yourself to find out just how incredible it is.

Mighty tasty!

I normally only drink very dark coffee but I gave the House Blend a try and it was fantastic.

Supberb -- I couldn't believe how good it was!

This coffee surprised me. In my attempts to cut down on chemicals and additives, I had not even considered coffee. But when I learned how much junk is in the regular store brand coffees, I was horrified. When I tried our House Blend, I was VERY pleasantly surprised. It is fabulous! Really smooth and actually better than most other coffees I have tried lately. I can't recommend this highly enough. I'd give it a 6 if I could.

Great coffee, Great price, Great service.

I've spent hours surfing the net in search of the best coffee at the best price and MotherNature is the best -- especially if drinking organic coffee is important to you. This is some of the best coffee I've had and I've had a lot. My husband has even converted his office workers to drinking organic and in West Texas that's an accomplishment!

Incredible product, company, taste, and it's enviro friendly

I placed my order on a Tuesday night, and Thursday morning I received my coffee. As a mature student returning to school after 20 years, I have decreased a lot of "the treats" in life, but thankfully I have given myself the budget for coffee. I was buying only from Peet's, as I had grown tired of Starbucks, and their roasting methods, but after the service, product's exceptional taste, and as an environmental studies student, MotherNature.com is my new outlet. The coffee is, as another client said "surprisingly full bodied", and the buzz of the non-organic coffee, obviously does not exist. It is a very welcome change. Thank you MotherNature.

Very good - actually surprised by the rich flavor!

We are coffee lovers at our house and have always preferred Peets Coffee. But when I learned about the benefit to the environment when you buy organic, shade grown coffee, I decided to give Mother Nature a try (plus as an iGive member, 10% of my purchase goes to support my favorite cause!). I tried the Dark Roast and the House Blend. I found them both to be excellent. I prefer the smoothness of the House Blend. It was so good that we have switched over all of our coffee buying to Mother Nature. Today, I am placing my second order for 3 lbs which will be delivered to my doorstep in a couple of days. If they would only come over and make the coffee for me in the mornings... life would be perfect!
