Best milk thistle around!

I gotta say, The best thing about this product in particular is the size of the capsules...they are about 1/4 the size as the store bought Milk Thistle...exact same milligrams, but much smaller capsule...must be fillers in other brands.

So far, no more gall bladder pain

I have been taking milk thistle for about a month, ever since I had a gall bladder attack. I have also drastically reduced the fat content of my diet. When I splurge and do not follow this no-fat diet, I believe the milk thistle has helped to prevent another attack. I plan on continuing to take this product because eating a no-fat diet is almost impossible.

I liked it!

Oddly enough over New Years I got very ill off of alcohol. I was feeling weak and all-around run down. I took this product for a week straight. By the end of the week I felt just as good if not better than usual.

Because of hepatitis

Since the last thing my liver needs is to be burdened by more chemical medications, I discovered through the Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington that nothing except herbal treatments are acceptable to detox this delicate organ. When my liver is distressed, I found immediate relief with treatment by Milk Thistle. This does not work so well for everyone, but for many folks, (myself included), this herb is almost magical, and essential for to recover full liver function.

Great product. I am glad to find it. Great cost/bottle.

My husband received a heart transplant a little over three years ago. In his situation (and other organ receipants) the drugs are very hard on the system. He has used natural ways to cleanse his liver, kidneys, etc. I believe the use of these natural means is why after 3+ years He is doing so well. The functions of his system is well within acceptable ranges. He uses, along with the thistle, alpha, lethicin, vitiams, calcium, many others. I feel sure this is a contributing factor to His great health, and limited side effects of all the necessary perscription drugs. Thanks and God Bless.
