Ingredients: Maca root extract 300 mg. (Standardized to 0.6% [1.8 mg.] macamides and macaenes) from MacaPure^TM, trademark of PureWorld Botanicals.
Recommend: As a dietary supplement, adults take one capsule, three (3) times daily with meals, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.
Warnings: Keep out of reach of children.
Product Contains: Gelatin (capsules)
Does Not Contain: Added sugar, salt, dairy, yeast, wheat, corn, soy, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

So far it seems like a great product

Many of my friends were surprised that I thought I needed a product like this, but after just a couple of days of taking maca I found all sorts of new energy and feelings that I had not felt for many years. You have made a devoted customer out of me.
