Question What part of the fish is used to obtain the Omega 3 for products

Answer The entire body is used.

Question What is the typical fatty acid composition in EPA & DHA 137

Answer  Each EPA capsule contains a total of 1000 mg of high potency fish oil concentrate EPA eicosapentaenoic acid 180 mg DHA docosahexaenoic acid 120 mg TOTAL 300 mg important omega-3 fatty acids

Additional naturally occurring fatty acids make up the remaining amount. Some of them include palmitic acid stearic acid oleic acid linoleic acid linolenic acid and palmitoleic acid.

Question  Do your fish oil products contain high amounts of heavy metals

Answer  All of the fish oils in all of our fish-oil containing products are always tested for heavy metal contamination to provide safe products to our customers.

Question  What is the difference between molecularly distilled and steam distilled fish oils

Answer  Steam distillation is when steam is added to a mixture of two or more constituents. The two liquids are heated simultaneously and vaporize to an extent determined by their own volatility. This means that the boiling point of the mixture is lower than that of both constituents and the percentage of each constituent in the vapor depends only on its vapor pressure at this temperature. This process is useful when a mixture contains one or more compounds that may be damaged by overheating.  Molecular distillation distills substances at temperatures below their normal boiling points. The liquid is placed in a cylinder  where a vacuum pump evacuates all of the air creating an environment where boiling can occur at lower than normal temperatures. This speeds the distillation process and is as effective as steam distillation.

Question  What is the best way to take the fish oil product to avoid heartburn

Answer  Take it after or with a meal. It may help to take digestive enzymes for proper fat digestion.

Question  Does the Concentrated Omega 3 129 contain any citric acid

Answer  Even though this product does contain orange oil there is NO citric acid.

Answer   Yes and it has a content of less than 4mcg/kg which is the limit. Pyrrolizidine alkaloids naturally occur in borage seeds
and may be toxic to the liver in chronic high doses.

Answer  There are 2 mg of cholesterol in each capsule.

Question  How high can you heat Liquid flax oil 403

Answer  Per our supplier they do not recommend heating above 150 degrees F as it may create composition problems.

Product Research

Most people do not regularly consume adequate amounts of healthy essential fatty acids through the daily diet due to high intakes of over-processed foods and saturated fats. This imbalance in dietary fat intake can lead to negative health consequences. Essential fatty acids have the ability to convert into beneficial hormone like compounds, which may inhibit blood clotting and promote decreased inflammation and dilated blood vessels.

Two types of essential fats — omega-3 and omega-6, refer to the chemical structure of the fat molecules. Both are  important to maintain adequate health. Here are our products and their types of fats:
