Chromium is great as an aide in weight loss when combined with the right diet and workout program, it is also an aide in regulating metabolism.

Chromium has helped to keep my weight down

I have been on chromium picolinate for the past two years and wouldn't leave home without it. I feel it has helped me keep my weight down, with exercise, which has made me a happier person.

I love this supplement....

I started using this product regularly about two months ago in combination with a low-fat/no-fat diet and some light weights for toning. It's not only helped me shed a few pounds but it's also helped me increase my energy level and given me a measureable amount of success transitioning to a healthier way of living. I have recommended this to a lot of my friends. It's a great product and MotherNature.com makes it very affordable.

I strongly recommend this product--it works very well.

Chromium picolinate works extremely well with the amino acids. Together, they boost my metabolism very well. If you like chromium supplements, you'll love this product. After one bottle, I could see improvement in muscle definition and weight loss.

What a fabulous product! I started taking it last week as a supplement to a nationally known weight-loss program (along with the MotherNature.com DL Phyto-Loss) and lost four pounds this week. Take with a meal and lots of water. Also, don't take this as an excuse to eat more! You should always eat healthy, drink lots of water, and get some exercise. All this combined with the chromium picolinate will help you lose pounds!
